BREAD BREAD BREAD!!!

I always wanted a breadmaker and today I got one - and it was free, here's to freecycle!! I was so excited and put all the ingredients in and proudly pressed the program that I wanted and it started doing it's thing. I kept going back every few minutes during the 2 hour 50 minute cycle, peering into the viewing window, letting out a few oooooo's and ahhhhhhh's as it mixed and fluffed and rose.
Then disaster struck .......... the electric went off!! At all times it can go off it goes off with just 20 minutes to go. Now what was I supposed to do a part cooked loaf of bread and a digital timer that only allows a full program!! Whether I was supposed to or not I put it in the oven and DA DAAAAAAAAAA here it is:




Found a recipe for beer and bacon bread so going to try that one tomorrow!! :)
